RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, JUST KEEP THE PRODUCT. No returns are necessary.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
REFUNDS
To start a refund, you can contact us at refunds@eccefoods.com. In the subject, type your Order Number. If your refund is accepted, we will issue you a gift card equal to the purchase amount of the product(s) plus tax. You can use the gift card for subsequent purchases at our store within 12 months of the date the gift card is issued.
** Currently, we are not offering credit back for refunds. Also, if shipping was applicable with your purchase, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. **
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damages and issues please contact refunds@eccefoods.com. In the subject, type your Order Number.
